Hey everyone, Homes are going for about $273,000 on average. With a population of 10,334, Shasta Lake is a small town. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Any advice would be great. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
