How is Shattuck for outdoor activities?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I've been here for 6 years and You can expect to pay around $702 for rent here. The unemployment rate is 3.7%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $702/month for a decent place. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The weather takes some getting used to. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The suburbs are where most families end up. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The city has invested a lot in new development.

Hot take but I genuinely enjoy living here. I know a lot of people disagree but after 13 years here, that's my honest assessment.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I genuinely enjoy living here. Internet is surprisingly good in most areas.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want walkability, then yeah this place is great. But if cultural scene matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
