Hey everyone, Military spouse here. Homes are going for about $127,200 on average. Rent is about $773/month for a decent place. It's a a small town city with about 9,236 people. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. What neighborhoods would you suggest? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The city has invested a lot in new development.
