Anyone else love living in Shawnee?
My family moved here when I was a kid. The unemployment rate is 2.2%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $332,900 on average. Average temperature is around 54--F, so expect cold winters. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
