Anyone else feel this way? We have two kids and Crime rate is something to consider -Shawnee sits at 212.7 per 100K. You can expect to pay around $1,233 for rent here. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Should I be concerned? Looking forward to hearing from you all. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The city has invested a lot in new development.
