Not sure if this has been asked before, but We're a young couple and Rent is about $1,233/month for a decent place. It's a a smaller city city with about 68,175 people. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Appreciate any input. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
