Is Shawnee getting better or worse?

Been meaning to ask this. Poverty rate is 3.2%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $106,312 in Shawnee. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Am I wrong here? Thanks in advance!

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I love the pace of life here. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
