I'm a nurse at the local hospital and The median home value here is around $165,200, which is actually reasonable. Crime rate is something to consider -Sheboygan sits at 358.1 per 100K. Homes are going for about $165,200 on average. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
