My family moved here when I was a kid. Median household income is $62,065, which feels about average for the area. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Would love some local perspective. Looking forward to hearing from you all. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
