Things that make Shelby unique

My partner and I are Rent is about $724/month for a decent place. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks for reading. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

I've lived in Pine Hills for about 9 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I'm still on the fence after all this time. When I first moved here from Baltimore, I was surprised by cost of living. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Nice parks and green spaces
- The cost of living scene is better than expected

The downsides:
- Nightlife is limited
- Limited shopping options

Overall I'd rate it 8/10 for singles. Definitely worth checking out..
