Been meaning to ask this. I work in education and Rent is about $1,661/month for a decent place. Median household income is $114,739, which feels pretty solid for the area. Average temperature is around 50--F, so expect cold winters. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The suburbs are where most families end up.
