The good and bad of living in Shelton

Been meaning to ask this. Household incomes average around $114,739 in Shelton. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Would love some local perspective. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want safety, then yeah this place is great. But if cost of living matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

Used to live on the Eastside side, now on the South side. Completely different vibe. it's been a really good experience overall.
