Most overrated things about Shelton

OK so My family moved here when I was a kid. The unemployment rate is 3.0%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Shelton sits at 508.1 per 100K. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Am I overthinking this? The food scene here is surprisingly good. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The city has invested a lot in new development. The suburbs are where most families end up. The weather takes some getting used to. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

I'm a real estate agent and I've found I'm still on the fence after all this time. The community is surprisingly good and there's always something going on.
