Is Shenandoah walkable?

Anyone else feel this way? I'm retired and Crime rate is something to consider -Shenandoah sits at 809.4 per 100K. Homes are going for about $319,300 on average. The unemployment rate is 3.7%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $107,544 in Shenandoah. Poverty rate is 6.2%, which is pretty low. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Any advice would be great. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The suburbs are where most families end up.
