Alright, I'm originally from Seattle and Poverty rate is 6.8%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $425,000 on average. The suburbs are where most families end up. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Does this match your experience? Cheers. The weather takes some getting used to.
