Best coffee shops in Sheridan?

Longtime lurker here, Rent is about $1,595/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $1,595 for rent here. Poverty rate is 11.9%, which is around average. The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The weather takes some getting used to. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Am I overthinking this? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. the quality of life is solid. Compared to Miami it's hit or miss.
