Just moved to Sherwood, any tips?

So, Poverty rate is 7.5%, which is pretty low. The unemployment rate is 1.8%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 62--F, so the weather is moderate. The median home value here is around $190,900, which is actually reasonable. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. TIA! Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The city has invested a lot in new development.
