Hi all, My partner and I are Poverty rate is 7.5%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $1,011/month for a decent place. The weather takes some getting used to. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Am I overthinking this? Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
