Anyone else love living in Sherwood?

Hi all, We have two kids and Median household income is $110,616, which feels pretty solid for the area. Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

My experience has been mostly positive. it's not perfect but it works for me. The only thing I'd watch out for is public transit. Other than that, No regrets on my end..

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 8 years ago from Austin and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Lots of new construction which should help. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in The Heights. It's average for what you get.

Jobs: The market is stable right now, especially in engineering. If you're in real estate you might struggle.

People: Generally hit or miss. It took about 17 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: decent. Tons of options if you like Asian.

Definitely worth checking out..
