Is Sherwood getting better or worse?

Been meaning to ask this. Average temperature is around 53--F, so expect cold winters. Median household income is $110,616, which feels pretty solid for the area. Public transit is underrated here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are better than expected, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
