Hi all, I'm a college student here and With a population of 11,022, Shiloh is a small town. You can expect to pay around $1,519 for rent here. Average temperature is around 54--F, so expect cold winters. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The suburbs are where most families end up. Has anyone dealt with this? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
