I'm originally from Houston and The median home value here is around $233,300, which is actually reasonable. The city has invested a lot in new development. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Any advice would be great. Thanks in advance! Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
