Not sure if this has been asked before, but Crime rate is something to consider -Shippensburg sits at 126.0 per 100K. Median household income is $52,344, which feels on the lower side for the area. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Would love some local perspective. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
