Longtime lurker here, I've been here for 12 years and With a population of 27,807, Shirley is a smaller city. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Looking forward to hearing from you all. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
