Curious what people think. My family moved here when I was a kid. Rent is about $847/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $46,522 in Shively. With a population of 15,556, Shively is a small town. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Would love some local perspective. TIA!
