OK so I'm retired and Household incomes average around $75,050 in Shoemakersville. With a population of 1,334, Shoemakersville is a small town. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. What neighborhoods would you suggest? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
