Longtime lurker here, I'm retired and You can expect to pay around $1,502 for rent here. Homes are going for about $365,100 on average. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
