Pros and cons of Shoreview after 14 years

Hi all, The median home value here is around $365,100, which seems about average. Crime rate is something to consider -Shoreview sits at 61.1 per 100K. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Should I be concerned? Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

I've been living here for 5 years and I'd say I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The cost of living is hit or miss compared to other places I've lived. Overall Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
