Shoreview quality of life -am I missing something?

Been meaning to ask this. I'm single, late 30s, and Household incomes average around $109,399 in Shoreview. Crime rate is something to consider -Shoreview sits at 61.1 per 100K. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Is this normal for Shoreview?

My experience has been mostly positive. I genuinely enjoy living here. The only thing I'd watch out for is nightlife. Other than that, Feel free to reach out with questions..
