First time home buyer in Shorewood

Hey, I'm originally from Boston and Rent is about $2,087/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $324,600 on average. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Should I be concerned? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want dating scene, then yeah this place is great. But if public transit matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
