Hey, Been living here since 2011. Rent is about $1,804/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $1,804 for rent here. Median household income is $132,194, which feels pretty solid for the area. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Any help is appreciated. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The city has invested a lot in new development.
