First post here. I work in manufacturing and Median household income is $132,194, which feels pretty solid for the area. The median home value here is around $543,000, which is pretty steep. Poverty rate is 3.6%, which is pretty low. It's a a smaller city city with about 28,177 people. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The city has invested a lot in new development. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The weather takes some getting used to.
