OK so I'm a teacher here and Homes are going for about $256,600 on average. It's a a smaller city city with about 44,500 people. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Let me know your thoughts. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
