Moving to Sicklerville for work -advice?

Random thought, We have two kids and You can expect to pay around $1,561 for rent here. Median household income is $102,881, which feels pretty solid for the area. With a population of 44,500, Sicklerville is a smaller city. Crime rate is something to consider -Sicklerville sits at 368.5 per 100K. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. What do you all think? Property taxes are high but you get good services. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Weather-wise, the summers are challenging and winters are stable. You get used to it after the first year.

I've been living here for 15 years and I'd say it's been a really good experience overall. The traffic is excellent compared to other places I've lived. Overall No regrets on my end..

Used to live on the The Heights side, now on the Eastside side. Completely different vibe. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad.
