Moving to Sicklerville with kids -good idea?

Hey, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Household incomes average around $102,881 in Sicklerville. The median home value here is around $256,600, which seems about average. Poverty rate is 6.5%, which is pretty low. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Am I overthinking this? Any help is appreciated. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
