Hey folks, I grew up here but left for a while. Homes are going for about $256,600 on average. Crime rate is something to consider -Sicklerville sits at 368.5 per 100K. Rent is about $1,561/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $102,881 in Sicklerville. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
