Curious what people think. I'm a remote worker and The median home value here is around $137,300, which is actually reasonable. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Anyone in a similar situation? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The suburbs are where most families end up. The city has invested a lot in new development.
