Planning a move to Sidney -neighborhoods?

I'm a teacher here and It's a a small town city with about 20,457 people. Homes are going for about $159,300 on average. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The weather takes some getting used to. Any advice would be great. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The weather takes some getting used to. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it's exactly what I was looking for. Internet is underrated in most areas.

Came here for my partner's job and stayed because I have mixed feelings honestly. The cost of living is honestly improving and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
