Housing in Sienna compared to Phoenix

Hi all, Homes are going for about $440,600 on average. Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Am I overthinking this? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. it exceeded my expectations. Compared to Salt Lake City it's hit or miss.
