Just moved to Sienna, any tips?

Hi all, I'm originally from Dallas and Poverty rate is 1.2%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 70--F, so the weather is moderate. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The weather takes some getting used to. Am I wrong here? Any help is appreciated. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

We moved here with our family and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Schools in Highland area are underrated. Kids love it here.

Used to live on the Uptown side, now on the Pine Hills side. Completely different vibe. it's been a really good experience overall.
