So, I'm a college student here and Homes are going for about $440,600 on average. It's a a smaller city city with about 25,025 people. Poverty rate is 1.2%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $171,709 in Sienna. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The weather takes some getting used to. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The weather takes some getting used to. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

OK I'm going to write a proper review because I've seen too many incomplete answers.
Background: I'm a software engineer, 34, moved here 5 years ago from Nashville. I've lived in Eastside and North, and traveled to most parts of the metro.
**What I love:**
1. Good schools in most areas
2. Decent public transit for the size
3. Lots of new development happening
4. The people are generally pretty good - I found my community within the first year
**What I don't love:**
1. Can feel isolated
2. Limited shopping options
3. The walkability situation is reasonable and doesn't seem to be improving
**Neighborhoods I'd recommend:**
- Eastside: Great for singles. decent vibes, walkable.
- North: More affordable, family-friendly.
**Neighborhoods I'd avoid:**
- Without naming names, stay away from areas east of downtown until you know the city better.
**Cost comparison:**
Coming from Nashville, everything felt average. Rent is about /mo. Groceries are established. Gas is pricey. You can live comfortably on $40K-$100K here.
**Final verdict:**
Happy to answer more specific questions.. It's not perfect - nowhere is - but for the price point and quality of life, it's hard to beat. DM me if you have specific questions.

I've been living here for 7 years and I'd say it's been a really good experience overall. The pet-friendliness is tough compared to other places I've lived. Overall Good luck with whatever you decide..
