Is Sierra Madre good for remote workers?

Curious what people think. Just moved here 15 months ago and Poverty rate is 3.8%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $141,094 in Sierra Madre. Crime rate is something to consider -Sierra Madre sits at 137.4 per 100K. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The suburbs are where most families end up. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. What neighborhoods would you suggest? The food scene here is surprisingly good. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. As someone who grew up here, it exceeded my expectations. A lot has changed in the past few years though. cultural scene used to be much competitive but now it's pretty good.
