Hello, I'm retired and The unemployment rate is 5.2%, which is about average. The median home value here is around $239,200, which is actually reasonable. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Looking forward to hearing from you all. The city has invested a lot in new development. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The suburbs are where most families end up. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
