Alright, I'm originally from Atlanta and Median household income is $69,783, which feels about average for the area. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Should I be concerned?

Bought a house here in 2024 and I love the pace of life here. Property values have gone about the same since then.
