Career opportunities in Sierra Vista, AZ

Hey folks, I work in real estate and Household incomes average around $69,783 in Sierra Vista. Median household income is $69,783, which feels about average for the area. Homes are going for about $239,000 on average. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What would you do? TIA! I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The weather takes some getting used to. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The city has invested a lot in new development. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

As someone who grew up here, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. A lot has changed in the past few years though. food scene used to be much competitive but now it's tough.
