The good and bad of living in Sierra Vista

Not sure if this has been asked before, but My family moved here when I was a kid. It's a a smaller city city with about 45,203 people. The median home value here is around $239,000, which is actually reasonable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Worth the trade-offs?

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is public transit. it's been a really good experience overall. Worth doing your research before committing.

Bought a house here in 2020 and it was the best decision I ever made. Property values have gone up significantly since then.

As someone who grew up here, it's been a really good experience overall. A lot has changed in the past few years though. housing market used to be much reasonable but now it's challenging.
