Been meaning to ask this. I've been here for 6 years and The unemployment rate is 3.7%, which is pretty low. It's a a small town city with about 11,563 people. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Thoughts? The city has invested a lot in new development. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

Bought a house here in 2021 and it's not perfect but it works for me. Property values have gone up significantly since then.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is traffic. I genuinely enjoy living here. Worth doing your research before committing.

I'm a lawyer and I've found the quality of life is solid. The community is solid and there's always something going on.

Public transit is challenging here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I'm still on the fence after all this time.
