Hi all, I've been here for 12 years and The median home value here is around $154,900, which is actually reasonable. It's a a small town city with about 7,905 people. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The suburbs are where most families end up. Has anyone dealt with this? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
