Is it worth buying in Silsbee?

So, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Average temperature is around 68--F, so the weather is moderate. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

Best areas to explore in Silsbee?

First post here. With a population of 6,883, Silsbee is a small town. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Does this match your experience? Property taxes are high but you get good services.
