Best companies to work for in Silver Firs?

So, I'm a teacher here and Median household income is $153,026, which feels pretty solid for the area. The median home value here is around $791,700, which is pretty steep. Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. With a population of 21,796, Silver Firs is a small town. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Has anyone dealt with this? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
